We have released our new dispatch software. With this new release will bring greater flexibility and more scheduling options. We now have a scheduling app that can be used from any computer or smart device. Speak to a dispatcher today to get set up. RCTA is currently facing capacity limits at certain times of the day, please schedule your trips as far in advance as possible to ensure you are on the schedule. 24 hour(previous business day) notice is preferred, but we will still make every effort to accommodate last minute scheduled trips. RCTA highly recommends that you still reach out the day of your pre-scheduled trip to verify your pick up times as times may adjust due to cancellations, additions, weather, etc. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
